15 KB Swings (1.5/1 Pood)
8 Pull ups

B WOD
30 Double Unders (Singles 3:1 scale)
15 Dumb Bell Swings (55/35)
8 Jumping Pull ups

Cash out:  Two sets of 10 Grass Hoppers rest between sets as needed.
