Today's WOD "Cindy"
Because there is no such thing as too many squats!

A WOD:
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

B WOD:
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Jumping Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
