Buy in:  20 Ring Dips

WOD:
Complete 150 Burpees, record your time!
Highly recommend doing this outside in the grass or on a mat.

Pretty good video on Burpees efficiency.



Cash Out:
Do some back stretches.  So of us probably need it after yesterday.  Short video with pretty good demos.
