TABATA TUESDAY

A/B WOD

Complete 8 intervals of each movement: 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.  Complete all 8 intervals of one movement before moving on to the next!  Rest 1 minute between each movement!

Wall Ball Slams (20/14)
Double Unders (Scale is 3:1 Singles)
KB Swings (55/35)
