A/B WOD
BlackJack (Air Squats/Sit Ups)

Start with 20 Air Squats then do 1 Sit Up, then do one less Air Squat and 1 more Sit Up every round till you get to 1 Air Squat and 20 Sit Ups.  Your total should always be 21 (Blackjack!).

This is an example of the first 4 rounds and last 4 rounds:
20 Air Squats, 1 Sit Up
19 Air Squats, 2 Sit Ups
18 Air Squats, 3 Sit Ups
17 Air Squats, 4 Sit Ups
...
4 Air Squats, 17 Sit Ups
3 Air Squats, 18 Sit Ups
2 Air Squats, 19 Sit Ups
1 Air Squat,  20 Sit Ups
For Time!
