How much do you love your wall ball? We don’t generally practice a “strict” wall ball shot because we allow
the last rep of a set to fall directly to the ground. Why? Because I
find it very gratifying to let that fat ball hit the ground after a lot
of reps. Pretty shallow, I know. Maybe it’s worth reconsidering. What I do know is that you are going to LOVE it...
