A and B WOD:
7 min AMRAP, 1 min rest, then another 7 min AMRAP of:
4x 10 yard sprint with 1 burpee at the end of each sprint
7 Back squat (95/65) *
4 x 10 yard sprint with 1 burpee at the end of each sprint
7 Push press (95/65) *
*Bar starts on the deck, not in a rack.
Start the 2nd 10 min amrap where you left off from the first 10 min amrap.
