Thursday's Class Schedule *1030*, 1630, 1730
**due to the storm we will hold the morning class at 10:30**

WallBalls (20/14)
HSPU
DB Swings (55/35)
Double Unders, (Singles 5:1)
Push-Ups (hands off at the bottom)
V-Situps
Ring Rows

You may start at any excercise.  You may do as many or little reps(min of 10 per excercise) for a grand total of 300 reps.   Once you move on from an excercise you many not go back to it and you must continue in the order of the ladder, so if you start with pushups you will end with DU's.   

Strength Work: Review Strict Press with PVC then, 3 tries to find your max strict press
