KB Swings (55#/35#)

So, it will look like this:
10 Push Press
10 Box Jumps
10 KB Swings
9 Push Press
9 Box Jumps
9 KB Swings
8 Push Press
8 Box Jumps
and so on until.....
1 Push Press
1 Box Jump
1 KB Swing

Scale weight as necessary.
