A WOD
17 minute AMRAP of:
40 Burpees (6 inch jump)
30 Snatch (75#/45#)
30 Burpees
30 Snatch (135#/75#)
20 Burpees
30 Snatch (165#/100#)
10 Burpees
Snatch (210#/120#) as many reps as possible
If the snatch is a new lift for you, please scale weight accordingly or use the PVC. If not comfortable with the snatch, please perform B WOD below.
