Warm up:

3 Rounds:
10 tuck Jumps
10 push ups
10 sit ups

WOD:
A.  Rope Climb – 5 ascents to 15 feet (3m)
Substitute:  5 X 5 Towel Pull-ups or mixed grip pull ups

B. “CrossFit Games Open Event 13.4”
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below:

6 Clean & Jerks (135/95 lbs)
6 Toes to Bar
9 Clean & Jerks (135/95 lbs)
