Goodbye Maryann!!!!


Today is Maryann's going away WOD.  She is moving to D.C. on Wednesday to start the next stage of her husband's naval career.  Maryann started crossfitting with us almost 2 years ago, and has made some huge gains while working with us.  Maryann is a Do-er - one of those tenacious people who will finish a WOD and finish it well no matter what.  She never makes excuses, and always gives 100%.  I never have to tell her to push harder.  This mother of 3 boys comes to crossfit at 0530 in the morning...talk about dedication and consistency!!  Maryann - we will miss you so much!  The 0530 crew just WILL NEVER be the same without you!!  Good Luck in the States - maintain that consistency and keep kicking BUTT at crossfit!


A/B WOD:

100 single jump-rope.

50 Burpees
50 AB Mat sit-ups
50 Box Jumps

30 Ring dips
30 Air Squats
30 Hand stand push ups

10 Mountain climbers (10 each leg)
10 Push-ups
10 Walking lunges (10 each leg)

100 single jump-rope

For time.
