Complete Burgener warm-up in addition to regular warm-up.

50 Wall Ball Shots (20#/14#)
40 Pistols (20 each leg)
30 HSPU
20 Burpees
10 Pull Ups

Note: Use bands in place of TRX system, if necessary.
