Ab-mat situps
Rest 1 min
Wall Ball Slams (20#/14#)

Score total number of combined reps.
* A tabata is 8 rounds of 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest.  Each tabata will take 4 minutes.  You will rest 1 minute between tabatas.  So your workout will look like this:
20 sec Box Jump
10 sec rest
20 sec Box Jump
10 sec rest
20 sec Box Jump
10 sec rest
20 sec Box Jump
10 sec rest
