All classes are cancelled today, but here is one you can do without a coach on your own:

A/B WOD:

1,000 jump rope (singles)
10 pushups for each missed jump or stopping to rest

score time and reps

*Scaling - use a band for your push-ups, or scale down the penalty number to 3 or 5 reps.  Very few people should scale this WOD.  Push yourself.  If your new to push-ups and crossfit, please scale your push-ups appropriately.*


Saturday's Barbells for Beth's Boobs will be at 1030 - please bring a donation amount of your choice.
