20 Chest to bar pullups
30 Box jumps 30"/24" (stack plates to get to 30")
40 Kettle bell swings 1.5/1 pood
50 Wall ball shots 20#/14# (10' target for men and women)
B WOD
10 Wall climbs
20 Pullups
30 Box jumps 24"/20"
40 KBS 1.5/1 pood
50 Wall Ball Shots 20/14# (10'/9' target)
