10ft Bear Crawl (with 20/10 dumbells )
20 Walking Lunges (with dumbells on shoulders)
30 Sit-ups (feet anchored with One dumbell on chest)

Bear Crawls: keep your head down.
Lunges: take long strides and keep your chest up.
