  1. Chick: 13:52 RX....sort of. I forgot to check the WOD before I left so I only did 3 rounds instead of 4. Mighty convienent, huh! To be honest, 3 was plenty for me.

    I don't know if it's just having weight over head or if it's the thrusters or if it's a form issue, but these workouts make the front of my right (reconstructed) shoulder hurt. Still fun, and nice to only be 5min behind Nick for once :-)
