50 Kettlebell Swings (Remember: if you go lighter, then go faster!)
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees-To-Elbows
50 Push Press (45#)
50 GHD Back Extensions (a.k.a. 'Supermans')
50 Wall Ball (lighter = faster)
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders
