  2. 12:46 135# - need to get the front squat into a more practiced maneuver, definitely slowest part.

  3. Hick: did a 5K tempo run after the warm-up in preperation for the Yokota Ekiden this weekend. Went light on the squats (105#) for the same reason and pumped out a 5:30 (...Still kicked my ass, though!).
