Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Endurance WOD: TABATA
Chose ONE of The Following Sports:
All sports do:

20:10 x 8 rounds, 20 seconds on 10 seconds off, all out efforts!
Swim: Use pool or open water
Bike: OUT OF THE SADDLE THE ENTIRE TIME ,Use a Monarch ERG, stationary bike with wattage tool or something similar that can hold a load of 200+ watts
Run: Use a treadmill, set at 12% grade at 0-30 sec slower pace per mile than best 5k pace. Do not reduce the speed!

    I had to change to jumping pull-ups at round 7 becuase my hands began to tear.

  3. 10 Rounds and the pushups for the 11th, jumping pullups but no box to jump from. Tabata at 6.1...love/hate that Tabata :)
