Complete a minimum of 2 moderate weight warmup sets prior to your working weight. Increase weight each round.
A/B WOD
Tabata bottom-to-bottom squats (rest position is a squat hold for 10 sec)
Run 1 mile immediately following Tabata squats (no rest)
Cash Out
Accumulate 2 min in a chest to bar hold (any grip, but thumbs under the bar). Scale to chin over bar and bands as required.
