TABATA TUESDAY

Class Times: 1630

A and B WOD
Alternate between the following for 8 rounds:
Ring Rows (20 sec of work, 10 sec rest)
Wallball (20 sec of work, 10 sec rest)
Complete both exercises for 1 round.

Then:
3 X max handstand hold
2 min rest between attempts
