"The (big) Chief"
5 rounds for total reps of:
3 min AMRAP
3 Power Cleans (205#/135#)
6 Hand Release Push Ups
9 Air Squats
Rest 1 min between rounds.
If you want to scale to "The Chief", the weights are (135#/95#). Note: Start each round from where you left off in the previous round.
