3 rounds for time

30 Double Unders (3:1 singles)
10 HSPU
10 DeadLifts (225#/155#)

Scale weight as necessary.  If your max cash-in weight was less than 225#/155#, then use 75% of your max cash-in weight.  Don't sacrifice form!
