Score is total number of reps. A tabata of one exercise is 8 rounds of 20 sec of work and 10 sec of rest. So you should be spending 4 minutes total for EACH exercise (i.e. this WOD should take 12 mins to complete NOT counting your rest minute between each tabata). Scale as necessary.
