A/B WOD
3 rounds for time (entire WOD can be performed in the field next to the track across from Halsey)
400 m run (perimeter of field)
40 Air Squats
30 Sit Ups
20 Burpees
10 Jumping Lunges (5 each leg)
5 Push Ups
