35 Double-unders
30 Air Squats
25 Sit-ups
20 Push Press (65/45)
15 Toes-to-bar
10 Ground to overhead (65/45)
5 Burpees

Then: ALL first time rowers who have not been coached on the C2 rower will go to get coached on the rower.  Here is some pre-learning:
