WOD
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIKE!
For time:
Boys:
Deadlift 1.5 x bodyweight for as many reps as your age
Girls:
Deadlift your bodyweight for as many reps as your age
Record load, reps, and time...
Then,
10 x 100m sprints; rest 90 sec between reps
Score is your slowest sprint
