Cash In:
In addition to normal warm up:
12 Burpee Box Jumps EMOTM (Every Minute on the Minute)for 4 minutes
Rest 1 minute in between

A/B WOD
8 min AMRAP

10 Dead Lifts
5 Hang Power Cleans
3 Push Jerks

Weight is your choice so challenge yourself, however, choose wisely.  There is a 10 push up penalty each time your hands come off of the bar MID ROUND.  No penalty for dropping the bar after each complete set of 18 reps.  Keep track of penalty push ups and complete them after the AMRAP is finished.
