ReplyDeleteWent for the full 20 minutes and got 6+ rounds at the mark. Final was 7 complete rounds at 21::51. (Admittedly, I had a little rest period built into the WOD while the ship-borne treadmill spooled up. -- Oh well, what can you do?)
