"Murph"
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Feat of Strength: ...what are you kidding me?
Post time and comments.
I want to give a shout out to the morning crew of Laurie, Tracy and Amy. They rocked Murph.
ReplyDeleteWe scaled the WOD by doing Jumping Pull-Ups and Elevated Push-Ups. (No knees!)

1/2 Murph . . . 28:48 (gravitron pull-ups @ 1/2 body weight)
ReplyDeleteSwim: major set: 6x100 for time, 1min rest between, record average time. 1:23.83
Hick: Rx @ 37:11 (..about 30 knots of wind across the deck makes the pull-ups and up-wind leg of the run pretty tough!)
ReplyDeleteCords: 42 ish (watch stopped had to base time off JP's) 1/2 of the pull-ups were jumping.
ReplyDeleteATIS: 41:17 elliptical instead of treadmill due to availability with jumping pull-ups
