WOD
'Phat Running Cindy'
4 Rounds for Time - 20 minute cap
400 Meter Run
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats Men - 115lb Women - 80lb

*Practice Chest to Bar Pull Ups
(The 20 minutes cap is there for those who are close but not quite fast enough. I want you to go hard, as hard as you can for JUST 20 minutes.)

    Went for the full 20 minutes and got 6+ rounds at the mark. Final was 7 complete rounds at 21::51. (Admittedly, I had a little rest period built into the WOD while the ship-borne treadmill spooled up. -- Oh well, what can you do?)
