Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
24 inch Box Jump 30 reps
115 pound Push Press 20 reps
30 Pull-ups

Feat of Strength:
Tabata Run - 8 rounds of 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest.
Use a treadmill, set at 12% grade at 0-30 sec slower pace per mile than best 5k pace. Do not reduce the speed!

Tabata was hard but we had less than 5 minutes to recover after Danny.

ReplyDeleteOnly had about a 20" bench to box-jump onto and HAD to scale the Push Press down to 100# -- 115# was just waaay too heavy!
3+1/2 rounds at the :20 mark, 4 complete rnds at 22::54, (jp for the final round)
