Clay and Jamie's Fairwell WOD
Happy Valentines Day!


Clay and Jamie started with us about 6 months ago and have been a great addition to our family. In that short period of time they have both achieved so much not only in strength but in mental toughness. They have always come to the WOD's smiling and have stayed to cheer others along. Your Kanto Plain family will miss you but we wish you both luck as your move onto HAWAII! (See you in 4 months-Andrew).

As per their request we will be doing Lauren's Birthday WOD which was their very first.

A/B WOD
Run 800m
Then:
4 rounds of
5 wall climbs
10 pullups
20 ab-mat situps
40 air squats
THEN
Run 400m
(Start and end the runs inside Halsey gym)

Coaches: Scale rounds and run as needed
