Farewell to Annie
Annie joined us a few months back and made huge gains in her running, lifting and overall fitness. Unfortunately, due to an injury she has been sidelined for the past few weeks, but we hope that as she transitions back to the States she takes what she has gained from CrossFit Kanto Plain. Thanks for your energy and perseverance in every WOD! We wish you all the best, you were a pleasure to coach.
