ReplyDeleteChick: 20:09 (45#bar/15#db) I could have gone a little heavier on the squat cleans but I was trying to coach at the same time.
30:37 (95#bar/20#db) should have gone lighter on the squat cleans, form was sacrificed as the workout went on. I would like to say chimbo and I working on the same bar slowed me down but that would be a lie.

ReplyDeleteI was glad that read Cords comment. Used 95# for the squat clean. ...And still wished that I's gone lighter by the end. There is not a single set of 25# dumbells on the BLR, so I went with 30#, and was very happy that someone stole them after my first set. ...Had to go with 20# after that ;-)
