As many rounds in 20 minutes:
400 meter sprint
10 Squat Cleans
10 Box Jumps

Feat of Strength:
3 minutes max pull-ups/dips
(Alternate between exercises as you reach failure.)

    500m Row
    Bodyweight Bench Press - 30 Reps
    1000m Row
    Bodyweight Bench Press - 20 Reps
    2000m Row
    Bodyweight Bench Press - 10 Reps
    Time: 35:05
    FOS: 72 pullups/dips in 3 min

    Will try and do a double tomorrow to make up for today
