150 Wall Ball Shots (20#m, 16#w) for time.

2 minutes max double unders.

Post weight, time and jumps.

    Gym was packed so I didn't get to the squats.

  3. Chick here, I forgot to post my front squat and yes, I lost count because the bodypump music melted my brain.

    Front squat 95# (If I had bumper weights I would have attempted to go heavier.)
