100 Jumping squats
75 Mountain climbers
50 Knees to Elbows
25 Burpees (with a lateral jump over ABMAT)

    Trujillo here... I am actually on deployment right now and won't be able to join you until we get back late this year. I will be hopefully getting back into some WODs here pretty quick, hope I can still do a Muscle Up. LOL Thanks for responding!!
