B WOD
6 Wallball Cleans (20/14)
9 Push-press (95/65)
12 lateral bar hops (side to side - count each jump)
*** If you scale below 95lbs - you should anticipate that we will make you use body pump weights - no whining allowed ***
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
Start each new cycle where you left off in your rounds.
