I LOVE THIS BAR

Skillwork: Deadlift clinic

A WOD

Every minute on the minute, for 15 min:
1 deadlift (go as heavy as possible*)
5 games style pushups

B WOD

15 min AMRAP:
15 airsquats
5 games style pushups

*Notes:
- Equipment is limited and we may need to run several heats per class.  Show up ON TIME and ready to work. 
- You must be proficient at deadlifting to attempt the A WOD.  If you're not sure, ask the coach.
- Do not select your 1RM max for the deadlift.  Choose a weight that's approx. 80% of 1RM.
