20 Pistols (10 each leg)
30 Air Squats
7 Hand Stand Push Up
20 Double Unders
25 Push Ups
15 Box Jumps (24"/20")
20 Jumping Lunges (10 each leg)
15 KB Swings (53#/35#)
12 Burpees
20 Toes 2 Bar
